   I really, really don’t like the voice you give Regent. He feels cheapened this way. Is there anything I missed in the text to suggest he might sound this way? Considering that he’s French-Canadian, I’m confused about why you decided to go in this unlikely and seemingly random direction with him.

   All of which is a shame, because otherwise I find your chapters easy to listen to.

     Wholey agree here. nspb is great but I dont remember him using that voice in earlier chapters. Very odd…
